The undersigned hereby grants an authorization to Engineers of Innovation to debit the amount that the undersigned owes the association when your application is accepted until cancellation of your membership. The annual contribution of €65 will be deducted on an annual basis from your bank account, or giro account, in the aforementioned period. The undersigned also grants authorization for the debiting of amounts related to activities, goods and services when he has signed up for these. Debited amounts can be reversed within thirty days. A cancellation of membership must be handed in or sent to the secretary in writing before January 1 preceding the calendar year in which one no longer wishes to be a member.
The undersigned also grants permission to receive the invitation and related information to the General Members Meeting (ALV) electronically; as well as receiving our newsletter. Finally, the undersigned grants permission to have Engineers of Innovation use photo and film material and employer information for promotion, networking and sponsor acquisition.
